All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.
Applicable GST and shipping charges (if any) are shown clearly during checkout.

3. Payments

Payments can be made via credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or Cash on Delivery (COD) wherever available.
All online transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment gateways.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
Estimated delivery timelines will vary based on your location and courier availability.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed can only be cancelled within 2 hours, or before they are processed for dispatch.

6. Limitation of Liability

MS Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of the products purchased.
Our liability is limited strictly to the value of the product purchased.

7. User Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to read product labels, descriptions, and usage instructions before use. We are not liable for any allergic reactions or side effects unless mentioned.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Dispute Resolution

All disputes, claims, or legal matters will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Agra, Uttarpradesh.
